Laura’s enthusiasm for gardening stemmed during childhood where outings to the
local nursery provided an opportunity to select blooms for the family’s West Coast
residence. When she moved East in 2013, she brought with her several favorite
flowers— as well as a deep-rooted devotion to horticulture. Today, Laura’s love for her
landscape is reflected in many of her creative endeavors, including inspiring others to
tend to their own outdoor space.
In the height of summer’s heat, annual cut flowers fill the void left by spring blooming trees and shrubs before making way for the beginning of dahlia season. As soaring temperatures wane for cooler conditions, the Foxhill Garden transforms once more into a multihued haven hosting over 100 different species of perennial dahlias. From the dreamy, highly coveted cafe au lait to sweet pom pom and filler varieties, Laura’s Foxhill Garden boasts a plethora of autumnal bounty that leaves no texture or color palette left to be desired.
Foxhill serves as Laura’s main source of inspiration for her designs and continues to show through the curvature and splendor of her creative work.
