Creative Tip: Choosing your Ceremony Program

Your invitations are out and the planning is all coming together for your big day. Once you are about one and a half to two months out from your wedding it’s time to start thinking about print pieces for the wedding itself!
This can get confusing as your options include signage, petal tags, ceremony programs, escort cards, place cards, menus, favor tags…the possibilities are endless. And when it comes to each of these, there are even more decisions to be made!
To help get you started with programs, here are descriptions and tips on the various styles.
One Panel Programs

These simple, one or two-panel programs are ideal for short order of ceremony or wedding parties. Choose front print only for a one-sided panel card or double your space using the reverse side as your second panel.
Three Panel Tie Tops

Three panels allow for printing your order of ceremony, wedding party, and additional information about the special day. These panel cards are tied together at the top for a chic program design.
Four Panel Folding

For those with a long order of ceremony and additional information, our four panel folding program is perfect for you. This program layout includes printing a cover page, your order of ceremony, wedding party, and additional information.
Single Page Fan

Prefer a non-traditional program layout? The one page fan program is also perfect for a short order of ceremony and wedding parties. Includes one fan-shaped panel, front and back for printed information and design. Ribbon in the color of your choice is also included.
Wooden Handle Fan

This unique program serves as both a program and fan. Perfect for outdoor, summer weddings, these are ideal for short order of ceremony and wedding parties. Includes one fan-shaped panel, front and back for printed information and design, mounted on a wood handle for ease of use.
Four Page Fan

Four fan panels are suited for those with a longer ceremony order and larger wedding party. Four page fan panels are included for printing a cover page, your order of ceremony, wedding party, and additional information. Ribbon in the color of your choice is also included.
If these traditional styles don’t fit with the look you are going for, we are always happy to create a custom look just for you!
