Last week we shared the welcome party and rehearsal dinner, and today we have the gorgeous wedding at the Four Seasons! Designed and coordinated by Beth Helmstetter and photographed by Steve Steinhardt, the evening was a dream for this lovely couple. The bride describes the night…
“We chose to have our wedding ceremony on the grassy, tree adorned Palm Grove with the beautiful beach in the back drop. When I dreamed of our wedding day, I couldn’t have possibly dreamed of something as beautiful as our team of talented florists and planners created. From the lace covered chairs that coordinated with my dress to the garland of flowers that adorned the back of the chairs to the suspended aqua votives that matched the color of the ocean in the background and hung among a plethora of orchids and poenies, it was a dream! As guests arrived to the ceremony location, they sipped lemonade from glasses decorated with a calligraphy flags and enjoyed the string quartet.
After the conclusion of the ceremony, guests entered the romantic Garden Lawn along a orchid lined path at a wall of flowers, crystals and mirrors, which displayed the seating assignment in gold calligraphy and corresponded to mirrored table numbers. A profusion of orchids and peonies arranged in varying crystal and mercury glass vases adorned each of the tables. Chic muted-aqua floral china, gold-rimmed crystal glasses and custom letter pressed menus bearing each guest’s name set atop ornate ribbon and beaded table linens that glistened with candlelight and aqua crystals. The sweat heart table, which featured beaded chargers, an array of candles and the Bride’s bouquet and personalized Mr. and Mrs. Arnold chair signs, was flanked by two 7 feet tall orchid “trees”.
The dessert bar highlighted by a calligraphy “Taste Something Sweet” antique mirror feature an explosion of flowers of each variety used within our table arrangements. My favorite bar tender from the Four Seasons Beach Tree Bar manned the “Toast the Newlyweds” champagne bar where he worked his magic mixing champagne cocktails for our guests featuring Chambord, lilikoi mango and peach purees, fresh berries, Lychee and candied hibiscus.
As the night ended, we were showered with confetti as we made our getaway on a chaufered “Just Married” golf cart. Upon arrival back to their rooms, a “sweet dreams” goodie bag awaited guests with chocolate sea turtles, custom M&Ms, advil and a photo booth thank you picture from us.”
Congratulations to the happy couple!
