Spring is officially in the air! We absolutely love this time of year as the season kicks off with the National Cherry Blossom Festival this week in Washington, DC. It’s one of the main inspirations for us to create Foxhill Garden in this area. In a secluded corner of Alexandria’s historic Mount Vernon lies Laura’s cottage landscape.
Boasting a variety of flora and foliage that reflects the changing seasons, Foxhill is a diverse habitat reminiscent of the quintessential English country garden. From spring tulips and peonies to garden roses that burst into bloom on over 200 individual shrubs and climbing canes, Laura’s assortment of cutting stems is abundant from April onwards.
When the heat and humidity of summer fade, Foxhill welcomes Laura’s favorite flower. A keen dahlia grower and supplier, her beloved outdoor space is colorfully captivating through autumn and beyond.
Our boutique Alexandria, Virginia floral studio specializes in small event florals as well as individual arrangements for everyday and holidays. We serve the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas for events such as:
