Your wedding invitation is the perfect place to start personalizing all of the details for your wedding day like today’s real wedding stationery set design. Caroline and Johnny chose a gorgeous ranch venue for their wedding day, set in the Utah mountains. The barn on the property became a focal point for their custom wedding invitation suite with a modern charcoal grey design.
We brought to life this elaborate custom stationery suite for the couple’s wedding weekend in Utah, including ultra-luxe invitations that we letterpressed in charcoal grey on three-ply white cardstock. The monochromatic grey design was both simple and elegant. The suite also included a custom monogram for the couple to echo a branding logo often used on ranches.
For a cohesive look throughout their entire suite, we included their custom monogram wedding logo on a leather tie to bundle the invitation suite pieces together, as well as on the custom cocktail sign, and welcome party invitation.
Wedding Weekend Details
We love a western-themed wedding weekend and enjoy working with our couples to seamlessly bring all of the stationery pieces together so that their invitation suite is fun, personal, and functional! In addition to the main invitation card, we bundled several additional pieces together to be sure guests knew when to be where and what to wear throughout the entire wedding weekend from the welcome party to the after-reception party.
A custom z-fold on grey cardstock with the wedding venue’s barn door detail printed in white digital print with the wedding weekend itinerary was also included in the custom wedding stationery suite. Tucked into the folding itinerary was a petite attire card, instructing guests on what clothing to wear each day.
Grey & White Details
Stacked on top of the folding wedding weekend itinerary was a two-ply welcome card, and an RSVP set with a grey return envelope printed in white digital ink. All of these cards were stacked behind the wedding invitation, and wrapped with vellum printed with their wedding venue barn in grey.
A leather banner was tied with a leather cord to seal the wrap at the back. The entire wedding weekend information packet was then slid into an outer envelope that we hand-calligraphed in Laura’s modern script style with white ink.
Menus As Place Cards
For the wedding reception, we printed custom wedding menus with white digital ink on grey cardstock. The custom wedding menus also acted as place cards for the wedding festivities.
