A milestone birthday celebration is the perfect opportunity to add custom details and paper goods to make a big birthday day feel extra special for the guests and the guest of honor. We loved custom designing the masculine-meets-modern themed personalized dinner menus, place cards, and bar signs for a memorable 21st birthday dinner party.

Pineapple Productions perfectly executed a cozy vibe for this 21st birthday dinner party at Woodberry Kitchen in Baltimore, MD, and we were honored to custom design personalized party decor details to help bring this birthday party to life. Double Duty

Keeping the custom birthday stationery design cozy and masculine was the goal, so the party felt special and ultra personal, but not overly designed or forced. Using a simple geometric background pattern along with a blue and white color scheme, we created custom menu cards for each place setting that also doubled as place cards for guests to know their seating assignment.

The double thick custom dinner menu cards placed at each plate featured laser cut name tags tied with leather for a masculine touch. The place card name tags featured handwritten calligraphy names to serve as place cards for the dinner guests. With the intimate number of guests, there were no table numbers or seating chart required!

Cozy & Masculine Vibe

In addition to the personalized place setting menu cards at each guest’s plate, we also custom designed decor signage for the intimate birthday dinner. The customized signs not only helped guests, but also served as functional decor elements pulling the details throughout the party together into one cohesive design.

In addition to the menus for the sit-down birthday dinner meal, guests were also treated to an appetizer buffet to get the party started. We custom designed matching hors d’oeuvre signs that were displayed on a wooden standing frames featuring a geometric pattern and blue lettering.

Personalized Bar Signs

Moving over to the bar, this might be our favorite design element of the birthday party! The elegant, yet masculine birthday party featured several signature cocktails for guests to enjoy. We custom designed a matching bar menu sign – with a twist – listing the signature drinks of the evening.

For the custom bar signs, we used the same blue lettering and geometric accent pattern that was featured on the dinner and hors d’oeuvre menus, but we added an extra special and ultra personalized touch. Because the signature cocktails were named after the family’s dogs, it was only fitting that we included hand painted watercolor renderings of the family’s beloved pups next to each cocktail on the customized bar signs.

We thoroughly enjoyed helping to bring this masculine milestone birthday to life by personalizing the little, yet important details, like custom menus and signs that made the birthday party feel special and intimate.
