Our private lessons are tailored to your needs as a calligrapher. If you are new to the art of pointed-pen, we begin with the tools and cover the basics on how to use them to create the thick and thin lines that are characteristic of pointed pen calligraphy and introduce a beginner alphabet. If you book the three-session package we are able to move into next steps including connecting letters, envelope layouts, flourishing, Copperplate or Spencerian alphabets - whatever you'd like to work on in your personal journey!
