Real Wedding Stationery Suite – Hand-Drawn Watercolor Invitations

In a world often dominated by digital communication, the timeless allure of handcrafted artistry stands as a true testament to timeless keepsakes. This real wedding stationery suite features a hand-drawn invitation that captures the essence of this vibrant capital, blending sophistication and a touch of romance that is as unique and enchanting as the love it represents.

This oversized invitation was cut in a unique die-cut shape on 2 ply cardstock. The invitation featured a blind deboss rose pattern that was hand-drawn by Laura at the top and bottom, with lettering stamped over in gold foil in Laura’s signature Rosen script style. The entire back of the card was blind debossed in an enlarged rose pattern to add texture and interest.

Also included was a custom Washington DC map with the couple’s venues, hotels and various points of interest – printed in mauve on the white 2-ply cardstock.

A welcome cocktail party card was included with white foil pressed on sage paper, and a custom die-cut rose-shaped reception card was also slipped into the packet. The rose die cut was based on an enlarged watercolor done by Laura.

Lastly, the rsvp card was letterpressed in sage with a blind deboss double border and featured a mauve return envelope. The entire suite was enveloped in a full-color floral vellum wrap & sealed with real gold wax with the couple’s custom monogram and slipped into a mauve outer envelope that was hand-calligraphed in burgundy by Laura in the Rosen script style to match the rest of the suite. The envelope was lined with a mauve rendering of the church – St Matthew’s Cathedral in Washington, DC.
