The Latest: May Patreon Round Up

We had another great month over on Patreon and if you haven’t joined us yet, here is a sneak peak at some of the videos you’ll get when you join! Plus when you become an LHC Patron, you are supporting our small business and allowing us to continue to share the art in a meaningful way and create the quality of content we know you deserve. Click here to become a Patron and get instant access to all of our exclusive content. We’ve got more videos dropping in June, but for now take a look below at all the great content we shared this month!

When working on a calligraphy order or project you have to accept that you might make an error, or several, and that it is usually unavoidable. In this video, I am going to cover what I do when I make an error and will share my top tips on how to fix smaller mistakes that will save you from having to redo a whole envelope. Plus Alyssa is going to pop in and talk about how to deal with and solve client errors that may arise as well.

In today’s video, I am going to demonstrate how to style a basic flat lay! We do a lot of wedding work including invitations and envelopes, and it is so important to share your work on social media in a visually appealing way that is going to stand out to potentials clients. I’ll be sharing my favorite tools to use for a flat lay and also offer up a few styling tips that I have learned over the years!

I am always so excited when I get to incorporate my painting skills in a calligraphy order! Today I will be working on a watercolor painting of some California Poppies that will then be scanned and used for a birth announcement. There is also a traceable download available only on Patreon so that you can paint along with me!

Light & Airy: Alphabet Script Tutorial + Worksheet Downloads Pt. 2
To celebrate reaching our 100 patron goal, here is part 2 of the Light & Airy script tutorial! For the next few months, we will be sharing close-up video of me demonstrating each letter group and including traceable worksheets until we complete the alphabet.
